Refund and Return Policy
Please choose carefully as Cadelle Leather DOES NOT exchange or refund for change of mind.
Defective items and wrong items might be replaced or exchanged. Cadelle Leather encourages all Resellers to inspect goods on delivery or within seven (7) days of receipt.
To make a claim, Resellers must contact us before returning the faulty item(s). The Reseller also needs to:
- provide us with the tax invoice number or a copy of your tax invoice
- describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence to support your claim
- state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair or refund. If an item is determined to have been used it will be repaired.
Order cancelled by buyer
Any order cancellations must be notified, in writing, by the Reseller prior to the orders dispatch. Failure by Resellers to notify of cancellations or amendments to orders prior to dispatch incurs a restocking fee to the value of 10% of the cancelled invoice.
Order cancelled by Cadelle Leather
In the event that we have oversold the item and have no stock left we will cancel the order and refund in full.
