Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides located on our product pages.
If you are in-between sizes on any of our leather jackets, pants, dresses or skirts we recommend you reach out to us via Live Chat and we can assist you to find the right size.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched, please reach out to us via the Live Chat feature located on the bottom right corner of our website, or by submitting an enquiry through our contact page.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order. However, once you receive the item we can assist you to return it.
What does pre-order mean?
For our handbag and accessories range, pre-order means that we have ordered these items and they are on their way. They will arrive within a 4 week window from date of order, please feel free to reach out to us via Live Chat or our contact page to receive a more accurate date you can expect the pre-order items to arrive.
For our jackets and apparel, pre-order means that once your order is placed we will order your item for you. It takes around 4-6 weeks for pre-ordered apparel items to arrive.
The 30 day money back guarantee applies to all pre-order items meaning if you don't love it once it arrives, you still have a 30 day window to return it for a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases, unless the item is clearly marked final sale (in which case only exchanges or store credit will be available) or the item is made-to-order (does not include pre-order items).
We do, however, require you to cover the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty?
If you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a refund, exchange or store credit and also cover the cost of return postage.
Please contact us to organise the return of your item.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a warranty of twelve (12) months on our products.
If you have any concerns regarding your item within this warranty period, please reach out to us via Live Chat or through our contact page.
Shipping & Delivery
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns (unless the item is faulty).

What is the delivery cost in Australia?
Cadelle Leather offers FREE standard delivery for orders over $100 Australia wide.
For orders under $100, a flat standard delivery rate of $10 applies.
We also offer EXPRESS delivery at a flat rate of $12 Australia wide.
Estimated delivery times for standard delivery:
- VIC & SA: please allow up to 4 business days
- NSW, ACT & TAS: please allow up to 6 business days
- QLD, NT & WA: please allow up to 6 business days
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs are as below.
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
Standard Delivery Charge for all orders to New Zealand is $12.00AUD.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to New Zealand.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Cadelle Leather offers international delivery to all major locations, including the UK, USA, Asia & Europe.
Standard International Delivery Charge for all orders is $25.00AUD.
Please allow up to 15 business days for international delivery.
We cannot deliver to International Post Boxes - please ensure to provide an alternate delivery address.
Cadelle Leather is not responsible for any international duties and taxes - it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these duties and taxes. You may contact your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes that may apply to your region.
