Returns Policy

FULL PRICE ITEMS

If you have received your Cadelle Leather goodies and have decided you do not love them as much as you through you would, we are happy to offer you an exchange, a store credit (valid for 12 months) or refund within 14 days of receiving your package. We do, however, require you to cover the return postage costs. All items sent back to must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.


Please note: for any made to order apparel items, full price or otherwise, we can only offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on these items.


SALE ITEMS

We are happy to offer exchanges on all Sale items, provided you cover the cost of return postage and they are returned within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or store credits on sale items, unless goods are faulty.


FAULTY GOODS

We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a refund, exchange or store credit and also cover the cost of return postage.

We offer a warranty of twelve (12) months on our products.
