Returns Policy


If you have received your Cadelle Leather goodies and have decided you do not love them as much as you thought you would, we are happy to offer you an exchange, a store credit (valid for 12 months) or refund within 30 days of receiving your package. We do, however, require you to cover the return postage costs. All returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.

The money back guarantee applies to all sale items unless the item is specifically marked as final sale in the item description, in which case only exchanges or store credit will be available. 

Please note: for any made to order apparel items, full price or otherwise, we can only offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on these items. This does not include pre-order apparel items. 


We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, we will happily offer you a refund, exchange or store credit and also cover the cost of return postage.

We offer a warranty of twelve (12) months on our products.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we receive your returned item for refunds and store credits to be processed.
